| Dynamic HTML - Promises interactive Web pages using a combination of new tags, old HTML, CSS and JavaScript - but . . . does it deliver? Participants in the browser wars do not appear to be signers of the Geneva Convention (at least the W3C standards) so Web designers and users are casualties. However we can still create some great content using DHTML; we just have to use some caution in choosing common ground between IE 4 and Navigator 4 capability. Microsoft appears to be following the published standard well, and browsers such as Opera are working to keep the big ones on track. Visit some of the sites below to learn more about how to position elements precisely while adding interactivity, dynamic data and multimedia control. | ||
