Sharp, Sepia-tone Real Photo PostCard, one of the earliest dated by the postmark Aug 15, 1909. Camp shows the three fishermen outside of their pitched tent, next to a campfire, and a spoke-wheel buckboard wagon with clothes hanging about, boots and gear in the back bed. Two fishermen have poles and creels, and the third is carrying a rifle, that looks to be a carbine in the inset below.
Cannot figure out what they are standing over on the ground. Sent from Vernal, Utah to Denver, Colorado in 1909. Cancelled one cent Franklin stamp over a stampbox that can be identified by a corner to be AZO, 1904-1918
