Sharp, glossy, Sepia-tone Real Photo Postcard looking up the main street in Hawarden, Souix County, Iowa, in the year 1908. Not real busy on the dirt street. Good view of brick buildings on the far side of the street, and the middle building with the Post Office and phone company is inscribed on the facade, "DA Wood" then "1902" and "Fleshman." The two story building on the corner is likely a bank. Inset below shows a flat wagon drawn by a single draft horse, and driven by a gentleman dressed with top hat. Is this a hearse wagon?
