A great early view Real Photo Postcard of Timber Lake High School in 1912, located in the town of Timber Lake, South Dakota, in Dewey County. The picture is clear, and when we first found it, we could only see the marking "High School" in front on the lower right. Close inspection revealed someone had blacked out the words "Timber Lake" in front. We verified that this is in fact a picture of this particular school in South Dakota, when we found a similar photo on Rootsweb.

Interesting addition to South Dakota small town or rural school photo collection.

• Fair condition, clear print with some wrinkles as shown in the scan
• Pin hole in the sky area above the school
• Corners show some dog-ears with softness
