Very sharp and glossy Real Photo Postcard of dirt road leading over the Cameron suspension vehicle bridge constructed in 1911 by the Midland Steel Company. This bridge crosses The Little Colorado River Gorge - the river pathway to the Grand Canyon, 115 miles from Cameron, Arizona (Coconino County) and is still in use today. Written on card front, "SUSPENSION BRIDGE 660 FT LONG. ONLY BRIDGE OVER LITTLE COLORADO RIVER IN 115 MILES. CAMERON, ARIZONA". Stamped Frashers Fotos 12212. This was from Burton Frasher (1888-1955) of Frashers Fotos of Pomona, California. No writing on back, and the card is not posted. This is a very collectible scenic photo of the Southwest, and is representative of Frashers work as documented in the Pomona Public Library Digital Collection.
